Our Story

We are a family run business, using all property strategies to maximise profits available, using strategies such as commercial to residential developments, title splits, refurbishments, Lease options, HMO conversions for 15 years, to maximise cashflow, uplift in value and capital appreciation.  We are proud to have over 80 tenants which we self-manage. 

We used to do all the renovations ourselves, “getting our hands dirty” however, 2 years ago we have moved to a completely project management role. Freeing up our time means we can spend more time building relationships with estate agents, professionals and portfolio landlords to secure the best deals. It also allows us to keep a closer eye on the developments and source materials at a cheaper price.

Our Approach

Depending on the size of the project we personally project manage, or get a contractor appointed using a JCT contract. We only use contractors we know well and have used previously. All trades and professionals we have in place ready to go.



Our Team

Mark Pow - Director

With a BA (Hons) in Management and over 20 years of leadership experience at the Howards Group, I built a strong foundation in customer service, operational efficiency, and team management. These skills now underpin the strategic direction and growth of POW Property Services.

As Managing Director, I focus on shaping the long-term vision of the business, ensuring we adapt to the ever-changing UK property market while continually striving to improve. I oversee all aspects of the company at a strategic level and act as the first point of contact for our investors, providing confidence that their interests are safeguarded and their returns maximised.

With 17 years of hands-on experience as a skilled carpenter and former owner of a construction company, I bring practical expertise and a deep understanding of build quality, cost control, and efficient project delivery.

As Director, I am responsible for overseeing all developments and refurbishments, managing projects from initial site assessments and quotes through to contractor management, snagging, and final sign-off. My role ensures every build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. For our investors, this translates into reduced risk, strong cost control, and confidence that projects are managed to achieve maximum value.

With a background in project management and a family history in property investment, I bring both practical experience and a strategic mindset to scaling operations. Over the past year. I have focused on building efficient systems and processes that enable us to grow rapidly while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

As Head of Operations, I oversee the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring everything from finance and accounting to utilities and supplier management operates seamlessly. I also drive financial efficiency, constantly seeking ways to reduce costs and optimise resources. For our investors, this means confidence that the business is run with discipline, transparency, and a strong focus on protecting returns while supporting long-term growth.
