Our Story
We are a family run business, using all property strategies to maximise profits available, using strategies such as commercial to residential developments, title splits, refurbishments, Lease options, HMO conversions for 15 years, to maximise cashflow, uplift in value and capital appreciation. We are proud to have over 80 tenants which we self-manage.
We used to do all the renovations ourselves, “getting our hands dirty” however, 2 years ago we have moved to a completely project management role. Freeing up our time means we can spend more time building relationships with estate agents, professionals and portfolio landlords to secure the best deals. It also allows us to keep a closer eye on the developments and source materials at a cheaper price.

Our Approach
Depending on the size of the project we personally project manage, or get a contractor appointed using a JCT contract. We only use contractors we know well and have used previously. All trades and professionals we have in place ready to go.
Our Team

With a BA (Hons) in Management and over 20 years of leadership experience at the Howards Group, Mark brings a strong foundation in customer service, operational efficiency, and team management. This experience underpins the strategic direction and continued growth of Pow Property Services.
As Managing Director, he is responsible for shaping the long-term vision of the business, ensuring it adapts to the evolving UK property market while continually striving for improvement.
He oversees all aspects of the company at a strategic level and acts as the main point of contact for investors, providing confidence that their interests are protected and their returns maximised.

With 17 years of hands-on experience as a skilled carpenter and former owner of a construction company, Martin brings strong practical expertise and a deep understanding of build quality, cost control, and efficient project delivery.
As Director at Pow Property, he oversees all developments and refurbishments, managing projects from initial site assessments and quoting through to contractor management, snagging, and final sign-off. His role ensures every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a consistently high standard.
For investors, this provides confidence through reduced risk, strong cost control, and the assurance that each project is managed to maximise value.

With a background in project management and a strong family foundation in property investment, Aron brings both practical experience and a strategic mindset to scaling operations. Over the past year, his focus has been on building efficient systems and processes that support rapid growth while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
As Head of Operations, Aron oversees the day-to-day running of the business, ensuring everything from finance and accounting to utilities and supplier management operates seamlessly. He also drives financial efficiency, continually identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimise resources.
For investors, this provides confidence that the business is run with discipline, transparency, and a clear focus on protecting returns while supporting long-term growth.

As the Administrative Assistant, Jean, plays a key role in keeping the business running smoothly behind the scenes. Working closely with the wider team, she supports day-to-day administration, ensuring everything stays organised and on track.
Her role involves coordinating tasks, managing paperwork, and supporting various projects across the business, helping to keep operations efficient and moving forward. Jean is often the go-to person when things need organising or getting done.
With a strong focus on structure and efficiency, she takes pride in making the team’s day-to-day work easier, ensuring everything runs as seamlessly as possible.

As the Property Acquisition Specialist, Laarnie’s role is to identify and secure the right property opportunities for the business. She spends a significant amount of time researching the market, analysing potential deals, and sourcing properties with strong investment potential.
She works closely with the wider team to ensure the opportunities pursued align with the company’s strategy and long-term goals. A key part of her role is staying on top of the market and continuously identifying new opportunities.

As the Digital Marketer at Pow Property, Danica is responsible for shaping and maintaining the company’s marketing and overall brand presence. She manages the social media channels and creates content that highlights ongoing projects, showcases progress, and communicates the opportunities within the business.
Working closely with the wider team, she ensures all marketing activity reflects the growth, energy, and direction of the company. Her focus is on keeping the brand consistent, engaging, and aligned with what Pow Property stands for, while helping to bring the business to life through content.

With a background in property, Marie brings valuable experience and understanding to the role, enabling her to manage the portfolio effectively and handle the wide range of situations that can arise in property management. She works closely with the team to ensure the rental side of the business runs efficiently, properties are well-maintained, and tenants are fully supported.
As the Property Manager at Pow Property, her role is to oversee and manage the company’s rental properties, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the properties and the tenants, from day-to-day management to handling any issues that arise.

Lee Pastrana
Lee provides full backend administrative and operational support to Marie, keeping everything running smoothly. From managing tenant and contractor communications to overseeing systems like COHO, Lee ensure records are accurate, rent and arrears are monitored, and processes are efficient.
He handles maintenance coordination from start to finish, liaising with contractors and ensuring issues are resolved quickly. Compliance is a key priority, with all statutory requirements tracked and managed, keeping our portfolio fully compliant at all times.

Olivia Rodriguez
As the Property Finance EA at Pow Property, Olivia’s role is focused on supporting the financial side of the business and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
She works closely with the team to track numbers, manage financial administration, and ensure each deal is organised from a financial perspective. This includes keeping records up to date, supporting budgets and figures, and making sure nothing is missed as deals progress.
A key part of her role is maintaining clarity and structure across the financial side of the business, keeping everything on track so the team can focus on securing the right opportunities.
