We only purchase properties that we can uplift the value massively either through a refurbishment, title split, commercial to residential development or a combination of these, while maximising the cashflow. We get great capital appreciation by only investing in the Southwest, but we never include these in the figures.

- Invest either completely hands off or through an earn and learn scheme. This is completely risk free.
We can chat and go over the benefits of both so you can make an informed decision to which option suits you best.
Depending on the size of the project we personally will be project managing or we will get a contractor appointed using a JCT contract. We only use contractors we know well and have used previously. All trades and professionals we have in place ready to go.
All investments are secured against our portfolio and we will have a contract with yourself. The interest owed will increase significantly if monies aren’t returned on time. This has never happened but we put this in place to giving you extra peace of mind.
Nothing. If you are not local and not able to visit the project we can do fortnightly zoom meetings to walk you around the site and give you progress updates.
On a JV partnership it all depends on the size of the project and if it needs a refurbishment. This is why we arrange a zoom meeting to find out the amount of money you are happy to invest and what sort of projects you would like, (cash flow, flips etc) but we can guide you on this.
On the earn and learn scheme, we pay you interest, so it costs you nothing, no setup or administration charges
