- To assess whether an investor, mentoring or property relationship may be suitable
- To prepare and administer contracts, projects and professional advice
- To meet legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention and regulatory obligations

Our lawful bases
We use personal information where necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract; to comply with legal obligations; for legitimate interests such as responding to business enquiries, managing relationships and protecting the business; or with consent where consent is required, including certain electronic marketing.
Who receives information
We may share relevant information with companies within our property structure, Microsoft 365 and other technology suppliers, solicitors, accountants, tax advisers, finance and property professionals, contractors, insurers, identity or fraud-check providers and public authorities where required. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the purpose.
Storage and retention
Information may be held within Microsoft 365, SharePoint and appropriate business systems. Unprogressed enquiries are normally reviewed for deletion within 24 months. Contractual, transaction, accounting and legal records are generally retained for up to six years after the relationship ends, or longer where law, a dispute or an ongoing property matter requires it. Marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or the information is no longer useful.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict your information, object to certain processing, request portability and withdraw consent. These rights depend on the circumstances and lawful basis. Email us to make a request. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
